The site now has granular B placed in the building footprint and parking lot preventing mud conditions slowing down the job. Kiwi-Newton, our general contractor, has done a great job to expedite this task. Our masonry contractor [Neviex] will be placing block by the end of the week. The boys are becoming irritable due to the constant rain during the last couple of weeks. Tendering of Trades
